Order Confirmation & Payments

Order Confirmation

  • Orders placed from Monday to Friday are confirmed within up to 2 working days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or gazetted public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • During high-volume periods or verification delays, order confirmation may take slightly longer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are confirmed through order verification via call or WhatsApp.

  • If the customer is unavailable after multiple contact attempts, the order may be cancelled automatically.

  • Payment for COD orders is collected at the shipping address at the time of delivery.

Online Payment Orders

  • Online paid orders are reviewed through secure payment verification checks.

  • Once payment is successfully verified, the order proceeds for processing.

  • Orders that fail payment or security verification may be cancelled automatically to prevent fraud.

General Payment Policy

  • All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

  • MNR Attire reserves the right to cancel or hold orders in case of incomplete information or verification issues.
