Order Confirmation & Verification

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing will only begin after telephonic verification via WhatsApp or call.

• Online paid orders are processed directly after confirmation.

Address Policy

• Once an order (COD or prepaid) has been placed, address modifications are not allowed. Please ensure the correct shipping details are provided at checkout.

Remote & Farfetched Areas

• For certain remote or farfetched areas, pre-payments and self-collection may be required.
